We are happy to announce that we are offering “Open Door Interviews” to meet with applicants & job seekers. Interviews will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am – 6:30am or 9:00am – 9:30am where you can meet our Hiring Team and get to know us in our main lobby. What to expect when applying at TLC
- Applications are reviewed by the hiring managers
- If selected, in-person interview appointments will be scheduled with the hiring manager(we do not use any online interview process at TLC, nor do we make any offers via any chat platform)
- We typically schedule several interviews before any job offer is presented
- Upon receiving a job offer, the applicant will be notified by HR to schedule an onboarding appointment to process the initial paperwork and background screenings
